Mix all dry ingredients EXCEPT CHOCOLATE CHIPS in a bowl.
Mix all wet ingredients in a separate bowl.
Add wet ingredients to dry and mix well.
Add chocolate chips
Divide batter evenly into 12-18 muffins in muffin pans.
Bake for 23-27 minutes (or until golden brown on top and a toothpick can be removed from the center of the center muffin cleanly).
